Refund policy

At Birch and bay Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If something doesn’t work out, here’s how our return policy works:
In Short:
- You have 15 days from the delivery date to return items.
- Returns are for store credit only (no refunds to your original payment).
- Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Full Details:
Return Window
- You may return eligible items within 30 days or delivery.
- Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
Store Credit Only
- We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
- Approved returns will be issued as a store credit gift card that can be used for future purchases.
Final Sale Items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” at checkout will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Condition or Items
- Returned items must be:
o Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
o With all original tags attached.
o In original packaging (if applicable).
- Items that show signs or wear, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or any kind of damaged will not be accepted and will be returned back to you.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost or return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method (“Shop” application) as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Exchanges
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your order for store credit and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact within 7 days of delivery at chloe@birchandbayboutqiue.com so we can make it right!
